Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please call or email us to process all return and exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wurst Kase Engineering LLC warrants that the Product shall conform to and perform in accordance with published technical specifications and shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1-year from date of purchase providing:

  1. You are the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase
  2. The system was purchased from a Wurst Kase Engineering LLC Authorized Dealer at MRP pricing set by Wurst Kase Engineering LLC. *No warranty will be offered for any Wurst Kase Engineering products if purchased below MRP
  3. An RMA # has been attained and is displayed on the package containing returned part.
  4. Parts Warranty – 90 day warranty on parts purchased separately if used in conjunction with a Wurst Kase Engineering system. No warranty implied if used with a non-Wurst Kase Engineering system/ part. Subject to Wurst Kase Engineering’s inspection of the product, Wurst Kase Engineering will remedy defects in material and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at Wurst Kase Engineering’s option, the defective product without charge for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty.

This warranty does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear including aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, accidents, unlawful vehicle operations, or modifications or repairs to product not performed or authorized by Wurst Kase Engineering. This includes product that is disassembled or taken apart for any reason.

In addition, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond Wurst Kase Engineering’s control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with Wurst Kase Engineering’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the original retail purchaser. In the event of failure, Wurst Kase Engineering will repair or replace the part at Wurst Kase Engineering’s sole discretion. Failures resulting from misapplication or misuse of the product, failures to adhere to any specifications or instructions, or failure resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, or act of nature are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty services may be obtained by calling 862-801-0505 or emailing [email protected], getting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), delivering the part to Wurst Kase Engineering along with proof of purchase. Customer agrees to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to Wurst Kase Engineering, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent. Shipping for warranty replacement parts shipped outside the continental US will be charged to customer.

Non-Warranty Repair/Retest

Products returned due to damage or misuse and Products retested with no problem found are subject to repair/retest charges. Product will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. A credit card number must be provided in order to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning Product.
